Teri Downey
Eastside Church of God - Anderson, IN
Born and raised in Anderson, Indiana, Teri joined the staff at East Side in 2004. She is an Anderson University alumnus, where she received her bachelors in social work, followed by her masters in theological studies. Teri enjoys simply “doing life” with teenagers and has a passion to see kids grow deeper in their faith. Her personal mission in life is to love well and to live her life “out of the boat.” If it involves teenagers, the outdoors, athletics, horses, travel, or spending time with her husband, friends and family, she’s game. But when asked what really fires her up when it comes to youth ministry, Teri replies, “when a kid has been seeking for truth – about God, their world, or themselves – and they finally ‘get it.’”
Preston Kegley

As part of the East Side Youth team, Pastor Kegley desires to make Jesus known in the community and around the world, while encouraging and equipping students to step out, share, and serve. He is passionate about bringing hope to the city of Anderson, by building relationships and sharing life with people of all backgrounds. Pastor Kegley enjoys making funny videos, playing hockey, hanging out with friends, and spending quality time with his wife Erica.
